We're a locally based veterinary practice in Glasgow. We've grown up surrounded by animals from an early age and have always loved them.

Our ethos

To treat our client's pets the way we would want our pets to be treated. We know your pet is a member of your family because our pets are our family. Our aim is to create a relaxed friendly environment where you'll feel at ease when your pet needs us.

We Offer:

  • Free parking - In order to make your visit as stress-free as possible, both our main surgery and the branch practice have ample free parking just outside the building.
  • Spacious waiting rooms - Comfortable and spacious waiting rooms, allow you and your pet to relax and socialise while waiting for appointments.
  • Cat friendly Award - Part of our renovations at Chryston is striving for the International Care award (Bishopbriggs already hold this), The Cat Friendly Clinic programme is designed to help address these issues by creating more cat friendly veterinary clinics and so reducing the stress for the cat, and making veterinary visits easier for cat owners as well.
  • Staffed Reception - Both our practices employ friendly, helpful receptionists who provide collection service for repeat prescriptions, preventative medication, food etc. and face to face contact for those who prefer to book in person.
  • In-house laboratory - Everybody loves answers quickly! We have a vettest biochemistry analyser, microscope and urine analysis to try and gather information about your pet’s health as quickly as possible.
  • Operating theatre - With operating tables and anaesthetic machines, our aim is to perform your pet’s operation in the morning, leaving them the afternoon to recover in the hospital ward prior to their discharge.
  • Hospital ward - Each week we provide hospitalisation facilities for sick pets and pets staying with us for operations. As such, our kennels are modern, fresh, stainless steel for easy disinfection. Our patients are provided with thick bedding to make their stay as comfortable as possible.
  • Isolation unit - We have the facilities to isolate, and provide individual nursing care, for pets who have an infectious disease – to prevent spread to other hospitalised patients.
  • Radiography suite - Our newly updated x-ray facilities mean you can have your pet’s x-ray results on the same day.
  • Separate preparation room - We can perform dentals, and other non-sterile procedures such as baths and topical treatments, in a totally separate room from the operations.
