I graduated from Glasgow University in 2005 and initially worked down south for several years in Yorkshire and then Newcastle with a bit of travelling in between. I then returned home to Glasgow to undertake a Masters degree as I was considering going into research, but I found that academic life was not for me and I missed my patients! I was therefore delighted to return to general practice in 2017 at Bishopbriggs and Chryston Vet Centre. I enjoy all aspects of my job particularly the day to day variety and meeting all the different patients we see.
Outside of work I enjoy outdoor sports particularly walking and skiing, and I am generally kept busy trying to tire out my energetic spaniel cross Heidi.
